Originally I made my Body Scrubs with salt until I realized that my skin felt soft at first but turned dry later...and if I had a cut anywhere on my body and that salt got on there…it stung!!! So although others use salt (remember that salt is used to cure meat because it pulls moisture out) I use
SUGAR
because I want you to not only smooth the rough parts but moisturize as well.
